I was just wondering, could anyone link me to some potential cheap builds?
Something around 600$. Upgrading within a year or two wouldn't be a big deal but I would love to be able to play games on High settings or more. Even upgrading would be fine, the total price would have to be around 700 or 800 max.
I asked for links awhile ago that had amazing information on how hardware works and how to determine what makes it good for gaming, but I didn't get any responses. So that would be amazing.

Also, does anyone know of a freeware software that closes unused programs to increase performance? I had one awhile ago that made my FPS increase by at least 15 and I could play the game I wanted finally.

Thanks!

Well to be honest mate. I bought my computer for 620 (GBP) and it runs pretty well. It doesn't run Battlefield at High settings. If I try I don't get smooth mousing etc. So I'm guessing you might need a lot more. Not sure though since I'm from the UK.

That's 951 dollars :/
Could you send me a link of it so I could compare specs. These are the specs I need at least, if you could just use the website below and see how it says it would run. It's kind of accurate.

Just google what I wrote in. You obviously still need a case and an optical drive, heat sink etc

I know just enough to sort through the specs. It seems nice, I'mnot sure about the Graphics but the 16GB DDR3 is pretty cool. I have like 4GB of DDR2 on my laptop from 2008 >.>

Sorry that I wasn't any real help but just go on websites like ebuyer.com and amazon... You might find a computer that can run what you want to play. Hope you do, friend. Good luck!
