Hey TTG,

Just wondering what would give me the best quality for recording and the best price for it.

The price isn't a problem.

i have a HD PVR but i need something better because it hasn' got a HDMI.

A roxio HD Pro is what I use... It records in HD 1080p

yeah the Elgato Game Capture Card HD is really good it records in HD to, i dont think it needs a hdmi cable

Elgato HD is by far the best capture to pick and definitely should buy it.
