So i recently Purchased the Fifa 13, from tesco's brand new at 45 GBP, get it home all works, tried getting online pass and it said it had already been claimed, ive emailed EA sports customer support, and they said they could do nothing about it but told me to go back to tesco's and inform them that it didnt work which i done today, they wouldn't refund the game, now i have fifa 13 and no online pass, and it was the last of my money for 2 weeks!! :@ GREAT!

I figured buy it brand new rather than take the risk of buying it second hand, and having the risk of it being broken, but i have no clue how it could already be redeemed :/ Its ok though because now i have 3 weeks to catch up with everyones ultimate team atleast i can still go on the trade market and stuff so thats pretty neat

If you buy a pre-owned game that turns out to be faulty you can get a refund. It'd have been cheaper to buy it pre-owned then buy the pass from xbox live.

Cookie monster, as i stated in my comments, im happy to wait til i get paid next, so i can catch up on the ultimate team if i wanted someone to give me a online pass I would of posted does anyone have a free online pass, and i tell you what you go into your local tescos, and ask them and they will tell you that they only refund broken games, thanks for your comment bro!
