Not sure if I've driven myself down to apathy again, but can someone give me a good reason as to why we should bother making theories?
When they're not difficult to come up with, what's the point? I won't do anything about what I know. I just spectate.
But why would you guys bother? Would you do someone about what your discover? Have you even came up with anything yet?
Because I might as well be able to help some, you could tell me where you're stuck on your own theory and it won't be a problem to help.
I'm not being arrogant or whatever you might begin to assume. Feel free to ASK any questions before assuming. :sleepy:
(TL;DR, 1.) Why should we bother to make theories of something that is beyond our reach?, 2.) I am free to help anyone with their own theories since my mind is free of everything for now. If you use logic, they're not even difficult.)

But, what is the point? OK, so you discovered something. Then what? :sleepy:

Because its natural (and right i guess) to question everything. But its not when it gets to the point when people are still questioning things that have or can be easily proven wrong because they're blind and cant learn how to use the scroll button on their mouse to see the same post. That and news related topics that should be posted in the breaking news section.

People create theories to share their view and get peoples opinions on it, I think it's because it lifts a load of their mind.
Idiotic people don't care to give evidence to their "theory" for example "I think dinosaurs are real." Herp derp, pointless topic.
People often give evidence to share that the 9/11 was a hoax, in my eyes if you have evidence to support your view, congratulations on possibly having a point and maybe opening a couple of peoples eyes. As for where you go from there, nothing much except sharing what you have found.
Some people get vast acknowledgment for their theories as an example, The Big Bang Theory
because them people have put there work in like finding evidence and solving the equations for it all to add up.

Yes, I can understand why, but I'm asking why bother? I don't feel like it's worth it in the end. But it might just be me, because I think logic has taken the place of common sense (or conjoined?).

But don't you guys get bored of making theories? Is it easy for you guys to come up with an answer just by using logic as well? I think it might just be me though. I get bored of everything too fast when they're not complicated. :sleepy:

Well you need to question the impossible to find out if it is possible. Somebody using their own 'logic' does not make the answer right. You can take going to space for example. Some people may came up with an answer using their own 'logic' stating how it would be impossible. Imagine the face on that guy when he realized it is possible. What im trying to get at is just because you come up with an answer to something does not make it the right answer. It may sound right to you, but it wont to everybody else.

Theories are there to create ideas. Ideas create inovation. Inovation helps society and can also destroy society. Creating theories is like looking at history in the future. So we know what is and is not possible and what we can achieve as human race to advance our lives positively.
