it takes a long time to be able to do. Sometimes you have to find your own way to do it. Like meditate before bed or something.

I could sort of do this once but always by accident. Look into tutorials if your interested about it. I can't do anything like this as for some reason I dont have dreams anymore. :/

You have dreams every night, you just don't remember them. The average person has 2 hours of dreams every night.

I am not sure if this counts but sometime I fell like I am awake but I cant move. Is that lucid dreaming?

No it's not but its close. I don't remember what it's called but in a certain sleep state that lucid dreams occur often in, your body will be in temporary paralysis(it's normal don't worry) all this dos is prevent you from moving when your waking around in a dream.

My friend says she does it all the time... But in just don't see how.. I've tried to do it, but I just get so bored laying there and waiting to "sleep" but I never do.

Some people are just naturally very good at it. A friend of mine can do it anytime he wants. It's lamps to he point where it happens even if he doesn't want it to.
