Does anyone know the name of the cydia tweak that lets you have a rainbow colored clock
like on your lock screen were your it says the time does anyone know the name of that tweak that lets it light up in diffrent colors?? please help!

You can try springtomize you can a crack or the real version( I prefer it since it gets updated fast with new iOS jailbreak instead of cracked) you can have a colored clock but not different colors for what your looking also I don't even think there is a rainbow colored clock.
