ForzaPics wrote I've seen a 2000 fiesta 1.25l with 35k miles for 800
2000 reg Fiesta with 35k miles? Seems a bit low for the age, but as long as the car is in working order and there's nothing seriously wrong with it, then it's alright.
My first car is a 54 VW Polo 1.4, great car, which was 3200, but get something like that if you have a higher "first car" budget.
Do you have a link to the car on a web page?

No I don't, it belongs to a family member, but not close family
I have all the details and he has got ill so won't drive again, so I could buy it for 800
He did 35 in 14 year, last three years only done 2k miles

Any car which has 4 wheels.
Maybe a Ford or something,
Maybe as well reach for under 5k.

The one you seen sounds good. I'm going to go with either a 1997 1.4 Honda Civic or a Toyota Starlet though. Small engines, good looking and easy to insure.

Yeah, it is a comfy car and looks good to drive, it is running well and low mileage, would have to go 3rd party, but seems good!
