So i called sony yesterday trying to get my console id and they keeped refusing....... does anybody have a good excuse for sony..... i already tried saying its my right to have it....

Take your console, look behind it and there should be a white sticket with a bar code, under it there should be numbers, that is your consolde ID

Sony wouldn't give you the console id because you could un-ban yourself with it

It got patched because to many people were giving it out to get a backup.
And the people they gave it to used the id and got it banned,which banned your Ps3.
