Ive had iced coffee and regular coffee and thats it.. not a huge fan of either.. but due to my health issue ( Type one diabetes ) I cant drink energy drinks and someone recommended coffee.. I am wondering what you guys recommend? Dunkin Donuts.. starbucks?

Isn't caffeine and sugar bad generally with diabetes. I don't know a whole lot on diabetes but I always thought sugar and caffeine was really bad but I guess it also depends on the serious level and type a person has.

My Father is a diabetic (Not sure which type) but he drinks Rock Star Energy's that are Sugar Free and has no problems

Let me rephrase.. cant drink good tasting energy drinks LOL. Favorite is Amp.. one can is nearly 50G sugar..

And let me inform you caffeine isnt the greatest for everyone.. but I so far ( knock on wood ) have had no issues with it.. its sugars and carbohydrates I need to watch. Thanks though!

I'd say starbucks coffee It's the best. And if you're not in the mood for a coffee try the vanilla bean frappachino! 3333ch
