Yes, you are now partnered. You must have a background made for you and all you have to do is upload the image and bam. Unless you want links on your bg, thats a different story. Not too hard though.

If it is over 1 MB or 1024 KB then it will not upload you have to fins a file converter to decrease the size of the image, or you just have to be patient I know youtube can be a little screwy with this sometimes.
