Well its safe to say that this is another lie by the news. Even if this was possible (which it isn't) what would they nuke us with? Would they use those nukes they got off the soviet's? And how would it get past the anti-missile defence of all the countries in the middle of the UK?

Brad- wrote Nowhere does it say that they are going to do it or have they even considered it. It simply says that have the technology to be able to do it. Mind you, if they did do it, it would be the last thing they did. They would be wiped off the radar completely but not until causing complete devastation.
