It can be challenging if you are new to it. If you practice you can get the hang of it.

Ive only ever had two lucid dreams in my lifetime, i have no idea how - they just happen randomly I guess? But theyre amazing, the first lucid dream I had I flew across New York like superman, then tried to have aexual intercourse with Megan Fox but sadly I woke up:(, and the 2nd lucid dream was weird, I woke up in my dream in my bedroom and fell into a sleep paralysis, basically I was asleep but dreaming I was in my bed, I couldnt move and I could see a dark figure standing over me .. Scary stuff tbh, but after I managed to get out of the sleep paralysis by telling myself its a dream ... I then **** megan fox. Was well worth it, would love to have another lucid dream haha

This is an amazing thread, this should help a lot of beginners. I have been lucid dreaming for a while now and I love it.

I actually tried this, and it worked, so apparently it's possible for me.

Thank you so much!

Lucid dreams are one of the greatest things I know. The feeling I get when I awake is amazing. However, recently I've been getting sleep paralysis quite a lot, would you happen to know much about it?
