I was on Se7enSins and saw this video. OMG this is the sickest tool I have seen for any call of duty.
I believe iHc James created this tool so credit goes to him.
I can't wait for the release!

He got a C&D from infinity ward, over project acid.
This is now a game made by treyarch and it's a completely different approach.

It appears that the tool is for all COD's in the begining I saw a page for each COD.

James already stated that utor will only work offline. So no worries on his part.
Hopefully he gets the camo editor and map editor fully working
