I'm on 6.1.3 currently and want to downgrade to 5.1.1, however it won't let me. The reason i want to downgrade is so i can jailbreak my ipod touch 4th gen.

I attempted to and mucked up, so had to restore and update my ipod, i'm now on 6.1.3
