I am having problems with C4D I belive it is a plugin but I do not know where to get it.. When I try to open up a Light Room it loads up normal but when I attempt to render or go to render view I get this....

Any suggestions or links to how I can fix this?

I also have downloaded the the light pack plugin from the link and installed it and it did not fix the problem.
