It's Fake.

Anonymous doesn't have any issues with Microsoft. When they hack, they do it for political reasons. Hacking xbox live wouldn't do anything but annoy the younger generation, something they wouldn't do, seeing as most of their supporters are from this age range.

Xbox live is just experiencing some technical difficulties and is being fixed as we speak. This sort of thing happens once or twice a year. It's really not a big deal.
