Hello people,
Well A couple years back around my 7/8th grade (Im a senior in HS now) my profile was hacked and well they did a bunch of stuff to it. But the major thing that they did to it was buy games off my moms credit card. They spent around 200+ Us Dollars. I called microsoft so I can recover the account and I did. They also said that they would refund all the money and they never did. Ever. And maybe a year or two later they hacked me once again. and this time they modded practically like my gamerscore, avatar, etc.. and I called microsoft once again to recover it. and for a while when i got it back I was playing on that account like normal but one day I tried to sign in it had said that I have been perma-ban. I checked my e-mail as it says on the message when trying to sign in to see the reason and there was an e-mail but with NO REASON. I was pissed off but I did not call them because I did not want to waste my time. But now I want to try and call them back and see if I can get it back because I had also bought games on that account (other games other than the ones the hackers bought) and I want to play them again.
I also want to try and get the money they said they WOULD refund back and never did.
Should I call them and see what they can do?
or should I take another way at this?

Call and explain the WHOLE situation, like the credit card etc.

When I rang them to get money back from hackers buying stuff, they did nothing. Try contacting them again. Note everything they say down including who you was speaking to. Then try to contact them through the online support. Do everything, contact them through every route they have and get your money and most importantly your account back.

This happened to me on PSN some hackers hacked my account and they spent $500 worth of games of my Mother's credit card and I know how you feel right, it sucks. What my Mother did was she called the credit card company that was associated with the credit card and from 2-4 months she got the money back and had to get a new credit card with her name on it.
So just call the credit card company that is associated with your mother's credit card and tell them the whole situation and you should get a new credit card and your money back in a few months.

My Account got hacked and money taken of me all i said was im switching to ps3 and that i thought xbox had better standard and i got 2100 msp and 3 months free xbox live
