I heard it 3 times today but this time it was really scary. I was sitting on the step chilling and heard some dogs barking which is usual in a city. As the barking continued I started hearing this weird sound. It sounded like a howling kind of like a dog but it also sounded like a horn being pressed. It only went on for like 15 seconds.
Does anyone know what this was or have heard a soundlike it before.

I was going to record it but I didnt think my ipod would pick it up too well.
Please tell me if you heard anything like this ever.
