when i hotswap it stays at 0 percent

i am using everything correctly by the way

Firstly if you did it 100% right its a bad burn and you will have to try a differnt dvd and burn again if it does not work you have done something wrong
secondly how are you going to rep when you have zero rep

Sorry but its a bad burn, just make a new disc. I know it sucks because the disks cost a lot.

my disks cost 50p each, thats about 70 cent in the usa... i also burn mine at 6x speed aswell

It could be many things Bad disk, Bad ISO, Bad file replacing. Just make your you do everything right and it should be fine..

I had the same problem but I notice I was using the episodes from liberty city iso when I had the original gta 4.

Make sure you have the correct disc when hotswapin. Like if its TBoGT make sure you have the same disc.
Also you could have a bad burn aswell.
