I heard from CNN that the JFK Library wasn't exploded.It had an electrical fire, which could have been caused by the bombing...

EDIT:The Boston Press Conference just said that it was an incendiary device.Not an explosion...

He was basically saying the person wasn't smart because he Only killed 2 people and injured more and by the way he wrote it out it looks like he would have thought the guy was smarter if more people got injured. That's why I replied to him with this
