By any chance have you boosted your views?
If so you won't be able to unfreeze them but if you haven't you're fine if you just wait abit and youtube will update your view count

Okay i'd just give it another half hour or so?, Then I would get in touch with youtube if it is really a concern and just tell them your problem.

Well just try contact youtube if you can't get through to them just make a new account and don't tell any of your friends about it because they will end up doing it again
