I found as it looks to me, a guy dragging a dead guy as if he were about to push him into the water.

It is located in the netherlands and the area is: 52.376552,5.198303 (Search that on google maps)

Heres a few "upclose" pictures: (excuse the green arrow, I couldnt get it to go away)

Do nothing, it was investigated and found that the wood, when wet, would turn a reddish brown color, nothing actually happened.

well you didnt find it you just copied and pasted coordinates otherwise that arrow wouldn't be there loads of people have been talking about this on facebook getting really boring now.
