Why do you want to be a moderator?:
Well if someone reports on the server I would check on the person they reported and use /v and see what he is doing. and if I caught him I would /ban him, and if the hacks was nodus I would jail and report and wait til higher staff comes on and we all (staff) would decide if would should ban hammer him. I would always "moderate" the chat cause that's what I should do. I would use /mute carefully. just because some people get really mad when they get muted. if they are kicked they are fine but mute will piss them off. like if someone identically spammed( that happened to me...) and if I would mute them without them explaining that would really piss them off. and they would really get mad if I muted them for 30 minutes 1 hour.. but anyways I would always give them time to explain and I would only mute them for the amount of spamming they did. like spams 3 sentences or words, would mean 3 minute mute, or 7 word spam, which wont happen cause we have anti-cheat they would have 7 minute mute, that was just an example... and for /kick I would use usually if someone was disrespecting the rules, swearing too too many times, or if they where just asking for op over and over again. I would give warning first but if they do it again I would kick them... I would do more in the server and I'm always on 3 hours. sometimes I won't be on cause I have homework or other stuff. you get the point and I hope you guys accept my application . I'm strict on rules and I sound boring in the application but I'm doing my best. thank you.
Why should we consider you and not others for this position?:
I would help out everyday, and I will be looking over the chat at all times. mostly because of spammers and people who ask for ranks or op and not wanting to make an application...
I personally don't like people who ask for op and nagging about it. why? they keep saying can you op me, can you op me, can you op me. and even if the owner or admin say's no, they keep doing it over and over again til they are banned, muted or kicked. they are worser than spammers..
they have no reason to be op, they never made an application, and they lie about everything...

If you got moderator, what powers would you like and why (/ban, /kick, ect):
II would use /ban for hackers, and people who get 3 warnings on spamming then 4th would be instant mute and kick. people who ask for op, people who are disrespecting staff. /mute: spamming, asking for op, people who are fly hacking, but next time they use it again It will be a /ban .... /jail for spammers(if too much spam) , people who ask for op too many times. etc
I would use all the commands that I have available responsibly and I will, never ever abuse my powers.

Also i have contacted the Server host and it was not Taken down by a third party, so do not try and act cool. :bigups:
