is there anyway possible i could get uprising onto my other xbox without transfering? please help ill geive rep and sub to anyones youtube who can help!!<3

no there is no way possible to transfer it to a different xbox

Yes, but it will only work for your account and nobody else unless you license transfer the content. If you license transfer, all the accounts on that console will have access.

There are 3 ways to move it to another xbox. Buy it and download it first on that xbox. License transfer to that xbox. Or play the download with the profile that has it
