No, it's nowere near as simple as that. There are alot of steps you have to take before this, I have just posted the ending as we literally have just finished the EE.

We are going to get the full lockdown achievement later, as we wanted to do the EE first. To get full lockdown, you simply have to just let the prison guard run around the whole map and lock everything. Not too difficult, just a bit long I guess.

There are some other things around the map, like spoons which react when you press x / shock them, and a couple more little things which makes me think there may be even more.

Someone said the other day that building the plane was a 75G achievement to just throw people off the real easter egg, which seems to have been true, so I would not be surprised if there is something else, especially since some PS3 leaks have indicated a hidden secret trophy they can unlock with the DLC

Surely there is more to the EE than just ending the game once completing it? When you restart a new game of zombies, has anything changed? Anything new been added in? Surely there must be more to this!?!?!

Nope, nothing new that ive seen. Will keep a look out though, about to start another game now to try get above round 42 (world record) if anyones interested?
