There's an opening in a wall once you go into afterlife somewhere in the infirmary that sends you up there.

Go into afterlife in the lab area (Next to Deadshot Daquiri and one of the hell hound locations).
Then, facing towards the Uzi, head to the room on the right where inside there will be an opening in the wall, walk through and jump up to the roof. (I had trouble jumping up to the required height but 'zapping' and jumping at the same time seemed to increase my jump height to be able to get onto the roof)
Once on the roof, head left where you will see one of the power units, zap this and the door will be open, head through and go and revive your guy down where you had initiated afterlife.
