For all we know, we are the only intelligent life form

and fyi the sun is at the center of the solar system.

Well of course, but not the center of the universe, Arrakis is. But anyways, there is some pretty good proof of extraterrestrial life out there. Judging by the size of the universe, we cant be the only life forms, but most are probably dead for all we know.

There is no "pretty good proof" whatsoever, there is 0 proof of other life elsewhere in the Universe. But theoretically, trying to claim that we are the only life form in the universe is completely absurd!

But as for proof, there is none.

The sun is nothing more than a billionth of the star population, just a hydrogen and helium ball of gas.
If you are wondering about how we know what it is made up of do a bit of research on spectroscopy.

To see it as a conscience being or whatever, it's a little far-fetched.

I honestly don't mean to offend anyone, but I firmly believe that religion is an unnecessary part of life, and that there is no God, and nothing will change my opinion on that, no matter how deep and detailed the theory is. I'd prefer to believe in Science.

Using the word 'rubbish' to describe what you think of someones beliefs while not trying to offend anyone is impossible.
I think what you said was completely unnecessary.

I'm gonna go back and edit that, because that was slightly disrespectful, apologies.

If there was a god, it could be inside the sun for whatever bizarre reason. But there cannot be a god. As you said, by definition, a god is omnipotent (all powerful), omnibenevolent (all loving) and omniscient (all knowing). If all three of these are true, then it is impossible for suffering to exist on the world. Suffering exists in the world, therefore there is no god.
