So me and my family were at the dinner table eating, and my sister (17) was saying that she new everything what to do to get ready for college. My mom yelled and screamed at her. My dad got involved at was yelling aswell. My sister tried to run into her bedroom but my dad grabbed he by the throat from behind and threw her to the ground. My sister starting screaming and yellow saying "Look what yor doing to your daughter" I was right beside this whole incident, I was scared. My sister went into her bedroom for 5 minutes then ran out the door and ran away saying "Im not living here" crying.

Im kinda scared, any advice?
