I'm confused how to start it up in xexmenu because of the xex you have to download , what is blackandyellow.xex does it replace the default xex?

When you downloaded black and yellow, it might of come with a read me.txt file? Well anyway in that read me there should be a link to a default.xex which is patched to that .dll. You should just copy the .dll and default.xex (or whatever the launcher is) into the MW2 directory, you should be all good after that. The .xex just launches the game, correct me if I'm wrong. Also make sure you have the rest of the files in your directory aswell, and the TU in the cache folder.

And launch the .xex you download for that patch.
