GPU- Redeon HD 7970
RAM- 8GB

would this play GTA,Black ops 2,Battlefield 3 ?

Yes, should be able too even max out the setting's, not 100% sure on BF3, but other games you will!

This is a very nice rig! It should be able to handle all games right now on the highest settings.

You've got a average not brilliant processor but a very good GPU, the ram is fine for gaming. To conclude yes probably max settings on most games if not high settings.

The CPU is going to be the limiting factor. What are the rest of the parts?
