okay every 2 minutes my internet sais limited access for a 1 minute then to goes to normal then limited access again how can i fix it with out a ethernet cable

You can move the router and system closer to eachother, upgrade your network adapter or router, or try to change the channel on the router if it lets you (this won't do anything unless the issues are being caused by a busy channel, which is highly unlikely).
