how do you activate the mods that say mods designed by eastwood quality certified by eastwood when you load up the iso ive lost the link for the mod pack and nthe read me its not lb+rb or lb+d-pad down+a someone help me please thanks

tried that its became extremely frustrating i just had loads of iso files and burned a few of them and the one im trying to use doesent have a read me only thing i can do on it is rapid fire haha i used to do iso mods alot about a year ago then i just stopped it for a while now im going back to it and the rest i burned keep freezing either at the gay tony logo or on the multiplayer loading screen cleared my cache aswell -_-
