A user on TTG named Gossip makes them. Message him and ask if he will make you one

EDIT: Oh you mean a signature. Go to your profile and click update signature on the left hand side. A staff member will have to approve it. If your asking where to get the Cool Story Bro signatures then Gossip makes them.

Go to your profile and click "Update Signature".

If you don't have a signature, get someone to make you one then just c/p the link in, then wait for a mod to approve it.

That's a signature, and since you're gold you can have one. As for it saying "Cool Story ___" someone would have to make you a sig. You could check out the graphics sections towards the bottom of the Forum list to find a Service for that (if there are any, haven't checked) and see what they could do for you.

If you want you could make your own sig.. size is 340x40
