They heard gunshots in watertown, and they said there was someone inside a boat that was incapacitated or some stuff. He's not in a house, maybe they're still searching houses, but there was gunshots in a boat, 30+ Bullets to get the target down.

That doesn't even matter to me right now. I'd really like to know as why they did it. Killing them won't answer that. Also taking a wild guess doesn't help either.
