It might at the lowest quality...maybe very low proccesor and low ram you might get it to work

Upgrade your graphics card to play world of Warcraft. The card is way too outdated for most games. If you want to run anything made after 2003 or so then i suggest an upgrade.
It all depends how much money you are willing to fork out for the graphics card though. At the very least you should be looking at an 8600GT

an AMD cpu wont have Nvidea onboard graphics...

Your card is above the Minimum System Requirements for World of Warcraft but bellow the recommended (based by comparing 210 to 8800)
So while it will run the game you will have to play it on low settings and i can't say much about your FPS. I suggest you spend the extra $30 or so and get a more recent graphics card.
