Would the 13 inch MacBook Pro be able to run Day Z or War Z or Civilization 5 fine ? I would be using bootcamp if it helps any. Here are the specs [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

WarZ is a pc only game. and i own a macbook pro 13.3'' with retina with the 8gb ram and 256 flash storage. its a really good laptop, but its not for gaming. sorry man.
try a razor laptop. same price range, all for games

Do NOT buy a mac for gaming unless you dont have a brain. There are plenty of laptops out there that can run DayZ and such on high settings for around 500-700GBP.
