Yes chemistry is a big difference on how the team plays together
If you have red bars they won't play as good together were as if they are green they play to the best of their ability

Yes it does a lot it is unreal how different the players perform when the chemistry is low.

Chemistry, moral, fitness all those matter. Also you can get 100 chem by just having in the right position and everyone in the same formation.

But try to have green connection. Or at lease yellow.

I thought chemistry did matter but i wanted to know if any1 had built a high rated team with low chem and been successful
