Forget that bulldozer, go with intel.
16GB RAM? Do you edit? if not, just drop it to 8GB
Graphics card: I recommend a 7770 or above, if you can get a 7950.

Hmm the processor isn't that great, I preferably would a i5 processor. You don't really need 16gb if its just for gaming, if you're rendering then yeah that'f fine. You want to be careful with the PSU (Power supply) even though it is a high amount of watts it can burn out your whole computer, which will mean you will have to buy a new computer. I would ask the seller about which brand it is, if its Corsair, OCZ, coolermaster, enermax, then you should be fine . The graphics card isn't that great, if you do buy this upgrade the video card.
Your best bet is to build your own computer, it isn't that hard as you think it is. You can follow tutorials on youtube or read articles on how to build one.
Anyway I hope you have a great time with your computer!

I know you said you're not but I'd highly recommend building your own. It's a lot cheaper and it's not even that hard. If you can't do it then ask an experienced friend to build it for you.
