Make sure its the same ip address it changes at times soo check again and when your in dashlauch go to plugins and then put the xbdm.xex on plugin 1 and then press rb 2 times and u will see hdd go down to that press a then x it will save then press b that turn jtag of then turn back on and see if it works!!

You need XBDM.xex as a plugin.

Both PC and Jtag connected to the same router? When on XEX Menu do you see your IP? Properly have the plugin working?

make sure you saved your plugin (xbdm.xex) in your hdd by pressing the button X (should say saved in launch.ini or something). if it still not working, heres what i do: i deconnect my ethernet cable from the router (the one that is connected to your jtag) and shutdown my console, then replug your cable and reboot your console. now you can try to enter your CONSOLE IP address (find it in the xex menu).
