Hey i was wondering if this graphics card is compatible with my Motherboard and PSU!

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43
PSU: XFX PRO 550W

The Graphics Carc is the AMD RADEON HD 7850!

Well what GFX card? As long as the motherboard and Card have the same PCI-E format then they will work and your psu has to have enought pin connectors also for power.

Yes, everything is compatible that you listed. You could run that card on a quality 450w unit as well.
