Can anyone help me with the installation of CS5, I will provide if needed the screenshots of the files but can somebody tell me how to do it?

I have all the files on a memory stick and when i run the installer it says I need to use the disc, but i dont have it, what do i have to do?

Are the files .iso? files on the usb?
