it's the parents fault they cant deal with the kid crying so they give the kid whatever they want and the kid knows he can get away with it again and keeps doing it parents need to grow some balls and tell the kid no and actually punish them when they act up.

This is just another example of the world gone crazy !.

Parents want the best for there children !.,We want you to have all the things that we went without but and it's a big BUT it's gone way to far!.
Children get way to much way to early ,Mobile phones I-Pads and stuff like that are not built with children in mind and it's the same with gaming !.,Rated 18 should mean just that .
Look at what kids get to play at such an early age (COD , GTA , ect ect) ..,And then we wonder why children have no respect for anything or anyone !.

So while as a parent i can understand why we spoil our children i am also the first to admit IT'S WRONG !.

I agree with you 100% on this. Back when i was 9 i was outside all day every day playing football and hanging with friends and actually doing stuff. No phones, computers or anything. I had an original Xbox that i played when i went in at night and that was it. Kids today are just fked up. iPhones, iPads, everything. They dont need it, they should be outside enjoying their childhood while they have it. It's disgusting but that's the way it is.

Blame society and the lack of good parenting in terms of discipline, not the children themselves.

OP you are not in the wrong at all for disliking modern little kids. When I look back, I could play Playstation 1 for 20 minutes a day and then had to play outside for the rest of the day. I also bought my very first flip phone with my own money, where as now my 8 year old cousin has an iPhone, tablet, and TV in his room. It's the parents fault for spoiling them, but it's obviously the kids just as much. Another thing I've noticed is how grades don't matter to them. Even kids in the middle school (I'm a junior in high school) I heard have a 79% failure rate on state tests, yet I'm sure their parents still tell them good job and hand them their daily iTunes card.

It's unfair to generalize the entire population of 9-12 year olds in developed countries and assume that they are all spoiled little brats. Sure, some of them are, but not all of them. There are countless kids that are homeless, starving, or even poor and don't get to enjoy the luxuries that you or I have. So stop judging every kid out there, as trust me, there are still good, not spoiled kids out there.

I think it is normal to hate spoiled kids. It is good that you don't want to kill them lol. But I really don't think you would go to hell for disliking or even hating these kids. We all do....
