That's what i have been hearing but it only does it to a few people. Ill take a look at it see if i can fix it. But it should work fine for you.

The blacklist is absolutely nothing like this, somebody got the source code to his v3.5 menu and labeled it v4.5 and added some options (half of which you will find do not work), I could get it and label ti XMC v213.0 but it wouldn't be above v3.5 and it defiantly wouldn't be official... why don't people look into these things?!!?!

Well yes it's not hard. I have 3.5 Source most people do it's also not hard to add options to it.

Can you upload the file for the xbox 360 .rpf? Or can I use any xbox 360 rpf file?

Click the plus that says dlc 2 or 1 depending on which your modding gta tbogt is dlc 2 and tlad is 1
