Hello, long story short i have a few weeks free (4,5 weeks literally at home) and ive always been interested in graphics design. I have little experience with photoshop and cinema 4d but have them both installed (photoshop cs6) and so i was just looking for some tips, maybe good tutorials/packs you guys used to get started? I know probably no one will read this but even one helpful reply will be great, thanks. ( im aiming for manipulations and youtube backgrounds)

Hey man, look, don't take this the wrong way.. But do yourself a favour. Do not start copying everyone elses style. If you're just starting out at graphics, look for one or two unique styles. Chose between 2D or 3D work. Stick to it.

After a while it might seem boring and you might wanna copy all the sh!tty Oil paint or space youtube backgrounds etc.

Look for a unique style, choose one sort of project. Do it, evaluate it, improve it. Until it looks good to you, of course.

After that, if you like the topic/style, carry on doing it.

If I were to recommend some things to try they'd be:

- Posters
- Flyers
- Advertisments
- Interface designs.

Hope you understand most of this.
