Does my retail get banned if i host on my RGH for it (MW2 10th prestige) ??

I'm pretty sure there is a chance that the account you hosting on would get banned but it's very slim. As long as its just 10th I'm sure you'll be fine, but just on case you shouldn't use you main account, get a 48 hour trial card and put it on a silver account of host off that.

There is a big risk that you will get banned for hosting that kind of server.

There is always a risk with stuff like this but I have hosted system link lobby's for some friends before and nothing has happened to my account.

When modding there is always a chance of getting banned. But usually you wont get banned doing system link stuff unless you are online.

I think anything you host online with a JTAG Or RGH is a possibility of getting banned.

There's a chance that you'll get banned. Try not to host them too much.
