i have heard from multiple people that you can upgrade the tomahawk a 2nd time to get a purple one called the hell's receiver is this true?

Probably not, since the Hells Redeemer [Blue] is basically a one hit kill till round 30+

But who knows, they added so many EE in this one it could be possible.
