Very nice tutorial. This only happens with me if i sometimes close the tray when it has no disc inside it. Anyway yeah really good tutorial, nice a clear.

This is a nice tutorial...
However open tray errors can also be caused by the laser over time not reacting to the correct voltage and it becomes weakened so i would recommend for anyone that did this and it does not fix to either buy a new laser or perform a pot tweak using a multimeter you can set the voltage to manufacture standard for you're drive and hopefully that should get it working to a great standard.
