Hello, a couple of months ago, I built my pc. I have an M4 SSD by Crucial and I havnt had many problems. But recently my PC has not recognized it at all. I checked the bios and there are no bootable devices being picked up. I have tried switching sata cables, switching the sata port. In the past, I would have to wait a couple days and then it would magically be fixed. Does anyone now of a solution? Thanks!

Have you got a second HDD you could put a basic install of windows on, or maybe even a USB if your BIOS supports USB booting?

Psu seems to be working, I tried changing sata power cables and the cable ports but no success. I think it might be the hard drive?

So its detected some times and not others? Have you tried clearing the CMOS to ensure it isn't a BIOS problem?

Well I googled it and it seems many others are having the same problem. I am doing a "power cycle" as I speak and it seems that solves it for most so wish me luck!
