Hello I've been playing and i found this easy way to get money relatively quick
1. Go to Halai Village
2. A man by the name of Houston will be standing near the barricades against the ocean
3. He has a continues event called KILL THE PAIN
4. Find Painkillers and give them to him
5. Earn money and xp

I got $978 for 2 bottles in a row

NOTE: Tis might work with Chimamanda with the canned food, im not sure but if it does post below
