(4)Then Get all nand Files from your xbox(EASY)
(3)create a Script to read the HV Salt reverse(Need Help!!!)
(4)Crack the Hypervisor (from the newest Xbox Dashboard). (Need Help!!!)
(5)Add the KV's To Server and enjoy playing(Need Help!!!)

You do not need a server to get online. The point of stealths server is to monitor who's online on their server. You don't need anything type of server to be online.

The "server" part is just for to share the files without getting the whole thing (If you knwo what I mean) But other than that yes sir you are kinda (To much to explain) right.
